Cancellation Policy
Services Effective Date: [10-15-2024] We at Sic-Times Inc. strive to provide high-quality services, including seminars, educational programs, and support events. In order to ensure smooth operations and adequate preparation, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event or service start time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee: The $50 cancellation fee is applied due to the time and resources invested in preparing for your service. This includes, but is not limited to, material preparation, staffing, and logistical arrangements made in advance. The cancellation fee is non-negotiable and must be paid in full before any future bookings can be confirmed. How to Cancel: To cancel a service, clients must provide written notice via email to [sictimesinc@gmail.com] or contact our support team at [954-852-1908]. Cancellations over the phone must be followed up by a written email confirmation. No Refunds for Cancellations within 72 Hours: For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service, no refunds will be provided for any payments already made. Additionally, the $50 cancellation fee will still apply. No Exceptions or Loopholes: • The 72-hour notice period applies to all services, without exception. • The $50 cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal, medical, or unforeseen circumstances. • Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the suspension of all future services until payment is made.
